Positions Available:

Swiss CNC Machinists

Program, Set-up and Operate Swiss CNC (Star) Lathes with Fanuc Controls and IEMCA/SMW Bar Loaders. Demonstrated experience or a strong willingness to learn the machining of parts to close tolerances and high quality finishes. Must have good mechanical and math aptitude, proficiency with personal computers, manual dexterity, ability to multi-task and attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints, use all inspection equipment; micrometers, calipers, comparator, ect. Must be a self starter, high initiative, good work ethic, ability to work as part of a team Previous work history in an ISO environment is preferred. 1^st and 2^nd shift positions available from most junior to senior levels.

Machinist/Machine Operator

Set-up and operate Brown & Sharpe (#2, 00) screw machines, CNC Milling (Matsuura) machines, 1^st and 2^nd shifts available.

Quality Inspector

Qualified candidate will perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections of turned and milled parts to close tolerances. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of ISO, ability to use inspection instruments, read prints, attention to detail, high accuracy, good dexterity, mechanical aptitude, ability to deal well with customers & suppliers and be able to handle several tasks concurrently. Person will help ensure company adheres to ISO procedures.

Estimator

Duties include quoting new/repeat business, transitioning jobs to MFG, process development, tooling analysis, programming, purchasing of tooling and raw materials. Mechanical Engineering degree, CAD-CAM experience preferred. Machine shop experience with Brown & Sharpe, Swiss CNC and Milling required.
