Graycer's Brown & Sharpe machines, with bar capacities of up to 2 3/8", allow us to take on production of larger components. The eighteen cam driven machines have high production capacities and quick set-ups, providing our customers with a more economical product. Our four CNC machines offer both high production capacities and the quick turn around time that our customers expect.
Graycer's CNC Swiss Dept. has ten Star Swiss automatic machines with bar capacities from 1/32 Dia. to 1 1/4 Dia. Cross Drilling, Milling and Backworking may be done on these machines. Iemca magazine bar loaders allow us to operate "lights out" around the clock. Bar loaders also cut reload time to under twenty seconds dramatically boosting production on long parts such as shafts.
Graycer's CNC milling department offers complete machining services for a wide range of products. Our
Matsura machines have
interchangeable pallets that allow us to run several jobs simultaneously. Our
five CNC machines have an array of special fixturing such as indexers, tombstones, 10 cell
collet holders
and multivices to speed and simplify part positioning and cut setup time. Whether
it's a simple slot or large milled housings we have the correct machine for the
job.
